Don’t Let Your Calves Become Bulls

How often do you think about your thoughts?

Because research shows we have thousands of thoughts per day, you might be underestimating the importance of your thoughts.

Like a newborn calf, a single thought doesn’t have much strength. However, a thought repeated often enough can become a deep-seated belief – one that’s as strong as a full-grown bull. In other words:

Your thoughts (repeated often enough) become your beliefs.

Your beliefs determine your behaviors.

Your behaviors become your habits.

Your habits determine your lifestyle.

To live your best life take responsibility for your thoughts. Give your time and attention to thoughts that are pleasing to God. Capture thoughts that aren’t in alignment with God’s will and send them on their way.
In other words, deal with your calves before they become bulls. (2nd Corinthians 10:5, Proverbs 23:7)
