Meet Alicia
Alicia Economos lives in Des Moines, Iowa, and knows first-hand the blessings of developing – and maintaining – a vibrant relationship with yourself and God. Since losing the love of her life (her husband, Ted) to cancer in 2020, she and the Wholehearted Living team of mentor coaches, help you experience the joy of living wholeheartedly. By relying on God and with the support of her big Greek family and friends, she continues to share how to excavate and rebuild your relationships so you’ll no longer feel stuck, lonely, disillusioned or overwhelmed.
Others often say her energy, enthusiasm and faith-filled optimism are obvious from the moment you meet her. She likes yoga, lifting weights and reading, and is passionate about helping people to develop healthy relationships with themselves, with God, and with others.
Alicia is the founder and director of Wholehearted Living; a program that helps people to declutter their lives (emotionally, physically, and spiritually) so they can make their greatest impact and live their best life.
